We know that people are always quick to complain about things with any situation, any job, any industry and in a customer service industry, unfortunately you expect it despite all of your best efforts.
Michelle forwarded an email to me that she had received back from a long standing landlord of ours and like her, it put a huge smile on my face and I wanted to share it!
This is the excerpt from that email that I am referring too;
"Just to add we are very happy with the excellent service which you and your colleagues provide."
So from me to all of my amazing team, well done and a huge thank you!!!
