Received the following by email today, makes it all worth while!!!
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for an extremely good experience renting from you. As a bit of a serial renter I have had my fair share of poor (thats being fair!!) landlords, but you guys have been a revelation!! Breakdowns were always done within 24 hours no questions asked even at weekends!!!! Communication was always fast, constructive and courteous and the professionalism of all the staff I had the pleasure of meeting was exemplary. Again thank you!
